A friend of mine wanted to create an IRC bot to display games in the Warzone 2100 lobby, and I agreed,
so I installed phenny and he wrote a module, and we got a wz.py module working. But that wasn't good enough.
I wanted more features, I wanted a different prefix, and I wanted to tweak it to my tastes.

    I just kept going until pr0t0 was almost a fork of phenny. At this point I decided to, well, fork phenny.
pr0t0bot is mostly compatible with phenny modules due to it's phenny base, but provides new features such as a built in logger,
an op and administration module, chanctl and botctl, an arguably more comfortable help system, more configuration options, and a slightly
improved API (due to the availability of pr0t0def.py, pr0t0api.py, etc) among other changes. Be sure to read the readme file. A pretty complete changelog
is in the readme file. Have fun. :^)
